Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

This website is owned and run by Srivatshava Chits Private Limited (“Srivatshava Chits”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India (CIN U65992TG1995PTC022108) and a registered chit foreman under the Chit Funds Act, 1982. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website gives general information about our company and our chit schemes. It is not an offer, an invitation to subscribe, or a contract. Your rights and obligations in any chit are set out only in the chit agreement you sign with us, under the Chit Funds Act, 1982, the Telangana Chit Funds Rules and our bye-laws. If anything on this website differs from your chit agreement, the chit agreement prevails.

2. Who can join a chit

To join a chit you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Non-Resident Indians may join subject to the rules that apply to them. We may decline an application, and we will complete identity and address checks (KYC) before enrolment.

3. Scheme figures and schedules

Schedules, dividends, net payable and prize amount figures shown on this website are approximate and based on our published schedules. Actual figures depend on the outcome of each monthly auction and on regular payment of subscriptions. Irregular payments may lead to loss of dividend and auction eligibility. A chit is a savings arrangement among members; it is not a bank deposit and does not offer guaranteed returns.

4. Sureties and security

When you take the prize amount, you must provide sureties, and where needed supporting documents such as property documents, to secure your remaining subscriptions, as set out in your chit agreement and the law. What we ask for depends on your future liability and your relationship with the company.

5. Payments and staying safe

  • Pay your subscriptions only at our office or to the company’s own bank account, and always ask for an official receipt.
  • Our staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account, or to share your OTP, PIN, password or full card details.
  • Pay only the subscription due for the month, unless your chit agreement says otherwise.
  • If you receive a suspicious call or message using our name, please do not respond, and tell us at once on +91 40 2306 4933 / 2306 7008.

6. Messages from us

When you enquire or join a scheme, we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, your chit, receipts, reminders and auction updates. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time; messages we must send under your chit agreement or the law will continue.

7. Photographs, film and member journeys

Photographs, film and member journeys on this website are illustrative. They do not depict actual members of Srivatshava Chits, and no person shown should be taken to endorse our schemes.

8. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but information may change and occasional errors can happen. Please confirm current details with our office before making any decision. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your chit agreement, the Chit Funds Act, 1982 or consumer protection law.
